What You'll Do

As a Bathroom Remodeling Installer Trainee, you'll work directly with an experienced Lead Installer to learn every aspect of professional bathroom remodeling.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assist with demolition and job site preparation
  • Install showers, bathtubs, wall surrounds, and accessories
  • Learn finish carpentry, trim work, and flooring installation
  • Assist with light plumbing fixture installation
  • Safely operate hand and power tools
  • Load, unload, and organize materials
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites
  • Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service
  • Learn installation techniques while completing real customer projects
  • Every day is different, and you'll continue building valuable trade skills while working in customers' homes.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has some experience working in construction or a related skilled trade and wants to continue building their career.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • At least 1 year of construction, remodeling, or related experience preferred
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Dependable with excellent attendance
  • Willingness to learn and accept coaching
  • Detail-oriented with pride in producing quality work
  • Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical Requirements
  • Lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly
  • Stand, kneel, bend, squat, and climb throughout the workday
  • Work in residential construction environments
