Residential/Light Commercial Lead HVAC Installer
Location: Mount Pleasant, SC (Charleston Area) 
Company: Aptus Home Services 
Job Type: Full-Time 
 
Responsibilities: 
 
  • Lead the installation of residential  and light commerical HVAC systems 
  • Ensure all work is completed to code manufacturer standards (i.e. proper brazing technique, proper checks and start-up procedures followed)
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicate well, and represent the company professionally
  • This position reports directly to the owner and will have an install helper they will need to direct.

Qualifications:
 
  • 3+ years of HVAC installation experience required
  • Proven ability to work independently and guide a team
  • Interest in or prior experience with commercial installations a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • EPA Certification
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
