Each Tempo business operating unit works together to offer full circle home comfort and energy efficiency solutions.Job Description: Installer HelperSummary: The Add-On Replacement Helper is a vital member of our HVAC team, responsible for assisting in the installation, replacement, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. In this role, you will work alongside experienced HVAC technicians to ensure the safe and efficient completion of projects related to add-on replacements of HVAC equipment. Your dedication and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.Reports to: (Title/Division)Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in Installation and Replacement: Collaborate with senior HVAC technicians to perform the installation and replacement of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and other related equipment. Prepare Work Area: Help prepare work areas by setting up equipment, tools, and materials required for the installation or replacement process. Ensure a clean and organized workspace before and after the project. Material Handling: Assist in the loading, unloading, and transport of HVAC equipment, tools, and materials to and from job sites. Safely handle heavy equipment and materials. Equipment Assembly: Assist in assembling and connecting HVAC components, such as ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and control systems, following established guidelines and specifications.
