The Big Task
As an HVAC Install Assistant, you'll support experienced HVAC Lead Installers in installing, maintaining, and servicing heating and cooling systems, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.
Key Sub Tasks
• Assist HVAC Lead Installers with equipment installation, replacement, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings
• Transport, organize, and stage tools, materials, and equipment at job sites
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of refrigerants, electrical components, and heavy equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, both on-site and in service vehicles
• Observe and learn installation techniques, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics from experienced technicians
• Document work performed, materials used, and any jobsite notes accurately for records and follow-up
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers, helping to ensure a smooth installation experience
