Responsibilities

  • Lead residential HVAC installations
  • Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and components
  • Oversee installation quality and jobsite efficiency
  • Train and mentor install assistants
  • Ensure work meets code and company standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years HVAC install experience
  • Lead experience preferred
  • EPA Certification
  • Valid driver's license
