Commercial Installerโ€“ Join a Fast-Growing Leader in Commercial Interior Finishes

Job Overview
  • Company: LB Contract Supply.
  • Salary/Pay Rate: $22 to $30+ per hour (Based on experience) plus Year-End Bonus.
  • Location: In person (Madison, WI)
  • Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday.
  • Project Scope: Commercial Window Coverings and Interior Finishes.
  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital member of our Field Operations team, transforming commercial spaces through the precise installation of high-quality interior finishes. We're looking for experienced Installers and Lead Installers who takes pride in quality workmanship, can think critically in the field, and confidently solve installation challenges as they arise.


In this role, you'll work independently and alongside other installers to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Lead Installers will serve as a trusted resource on job sites by bringing in your experience to help lead other installers and problem solve to ensure each job is completed correctly and on time.


How You Will Make an Impact
  • Install commercial window shades, blinds, and drapery systems
  • Read basic layouts and project drawings
  • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Work on active commercial construction sites
  • Complete light finish work including trim, caulking, and touch-ups
  • Communicate with project managers and team members using mobile technology
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
  • As a Lead Installer, you will lead or assist installation crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.


Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 1+ year of experience in construction, installation, warehouse, delivery, or general labor
  • 3+ years of experience leading crews, coordinating field work, or mentoring installers (for Lead Installer)
  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or lifts
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a skilled trade

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous commercial construction or interior finish experience
  • Previous experience with window coverings, carpentry, framing, or metal stud 
  • Familiarity with active commercial job site protocols and safety standards.
