We're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn the electrical trade while working alongside experienced, licensed electricians serving residential customers throughout the greater Seattle area.

What You'll Do
  • Assist licensed electricians with residential electrical service, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting.
  • Learn to install electrical panels, circuits, lighting, outlets, switches, EV chargers, generators, and other residential electrical systems.
  • Safely use electrical tools, equipment, and testing devices.
  • Prepare work areas and maintain a clean, organized job site.
  • Load and unload materials and ensure trucks are properly stocked.
  • Learn electrical codes, safety standards, and best installation practices.
  • Complete required apprenticeship training and classroom education.
  • Accurately document work performed using company software.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Work closely with mentors to build technical skills and advance toward licensing.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Current Washington Electrical Trainee Card or ability to obtain one.
  • Interest in building a long-term career in the electrical trade.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, ladders, and varying weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's licenseย

  • Previous experience in construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, maintenance, or another skilled trade.
  • Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
