We are seeking an Apprentice to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support on installations and servicing equipment for both residential and commercial water softeners, water heaters, reverse osmosis drinking water systems, whole house filtration systems, UV systems, and much more. The ideal candidate will have experience in the water treatment or plumbing industry, a strong understanding of water treatment systems (Fleck and Clack), and the ability to make quick decisions.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Maintain healthy inventory levels on the plumbing trucks.
โ€ข Manage tickets daily and make sure equipment is accounted for days in advance.
โ€ข Provide exceptional support to customers.
โ€ข Assist in the set up, programming, and testing of water treatment equipment.
โ€ข Maintain a clean, and healthy service vehicle.
โ€ข Ability to lift objects between 50-100lbs.
โ€ข Ability to operate a forklift (bonus)
