Parham Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. If you're the installer everyone counts on to lead a crew, solve problems, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, we want to talk with you.

This is not an hourly position. We offer an uncapped commission-based pay structure, giving top installers the opportunity to earn significantly more than a traditional hourly wage.

What You'll Do
  • Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation projects from start to finish.
  • Supervise and mentor installation helpers and apprentices.
  • Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Represent Parham with professionalism and integrity on every job.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
  • Proven ability to lead an installation crew.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • EPA Certification REQUIRED
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
