    What you need: (Lead Installer)

    • 2+ years of residential HVAC installations
    • Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
    • Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
    • Ability to coach and train and apprentice
    • Experience with: brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc.
    • EPA Certification Required
