If you answered "yes" to these questions and can meet the following requirements, we need you as our HVAC Installation Supervisor!

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • 2 years of previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • EPA Certification required
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices
  • Familiarity with Service Titan and Google Suite is a plus
  • Ability to lift and install HVAC equipment
WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE AS A HVAC INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR?

Your day as an You'll work Monday–Friday within our business hours of 7 am–7 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends depending on the season.

Your day as an HVAC Installation Supervisor includes:

  • Leading a small installation team and providing on-the-job training
  • Overseeing hands‑on installations of ductwork, furnaces, AC units, and heat pumps
  • Managing job sites to ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards
  • Organizing materials, prepping tools, and coordinating project timelines
  • Communicating directly with homeowners to answer questions and ensure satisfaction
  • Documenting work progress and reporting to the Install Supervisor
