PRODUCT INSTALLATIONS MANAGER
Are you the kind of person who doesn't like routine and who prefers to evolve within a company that promotes a positive attitude and a dynamic work environment? If so, our Installations Department team absolutely wants to meet you!
WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
The Product Installations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all installation activities across the West Coast, including client sites, to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of product installation processes. The ideal candidate will manage teams of installers, work closely with customers, and maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
YOUR DAILY
o Coordinate and lead installation activities at client sites.
o Supervise installation teams, ensuring safety and quality.
o Collaborate with sales and clients on quotes and schedules.
o Monitor progress, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
o Conduct site visits and maintain accurate records.
o Ensure equipment maintenance and enforce safety protocols.
o Train teams members and act as the main contact for clients.
o Report project status to management.

Requirements
YOU BRING WITH YOU
o 5 to 7 years of experience in product installation or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
o Bilingual (English and Spanish)
o Strong knowledge of product installation procedures, tools, and equipment.
o Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team.
o Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
o Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
o Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
o Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
