Job description

Are you an exceptional Project Manager with expertise in European cabinetry? If so, we want you to join our Fast Growing team!

As a project manager for Premium Kitchens you will oversee kitchen, bath, closet and bar projects from initial consultation and design through installation and completion, manage timelines, budgets, and communicate between clients, designers, installers, and suppliers. Key responsibilities include measuring for cabinet orders, coordinating deliveries, ensuring quality control, and solving on-site problems to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Meet with clients and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project for all Non design tasks.
  • Planning: Review technical plans and cabinet orders, take field measurements, conduct pre-site reviews to ensure site conditions are correct and ready for installation.
  • Coordination: Schedule and manage the delivery of cabinets and other materials, coordinate with installers, and ensure timely project execution.

· Budget & Timeline Management: Develop and manage project timelines and ensure projects stay on schedule.

  • Quality Control: Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, inspect completed work, and ensure quality standards are met for all vendors before final sign-off.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as operations, design, and installation, as well as external subcontractors and vendors, to ensure seamless project flow.

· Administrative Tasks: Add measurement file to design software, Create technical drawings and prepare Installation files for all projects.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager, especially in Luxury Kitchen Cabinet industry.

· Technical Skills: Understanding of the installation processes, technical drawings, and related trades such as plumbing and electrical work. Proficiency in Design software (Winner Flex preferred, but experience in 2020 Design, AutoCAD, or similar design/rendering software also considered). Proficiency with project management software and MS Office Suite.

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of kitchen design projects.
  • Problem-Solving: Address issues that arise during the project, provide solutions, and ensure all necessary repairs are completed.
  • Organizational Skills: Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meeting deadlines.
