  • Help manage documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change requests, submittals, as-built drawings, and project close-out packages.
  • Support risk identification and mitigation efforts related to HVAC scope, equipment performance, technical integration, and project delivery.
  • Contribute to client communication, attend progress meetings, and provide updates on HVAC system status, commissioning, and performance.
  • Participate in project handover, system startup/commissioning support, testing/balancing coordination, and post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
None (this role has no direct supervisory responsibilities but requires close collaboration with project managers, field teams, and other departments; may involve guiding or mentoring junior staff or interns as needed).
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination, assistant project management, or field/operations roles within HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, or related industries. • Physical Demands: Primarily office-based with frequent job-site visits; ability to walk active construction sites, climb ladders/stairs, lift light materials (plans, laptop), and travel regionally as needed.
  • Work Environment/Safety: Professional office with hybrid options and active construction sites; exposure to varying weather, noise, dust, heights; must adhere to OSHA regulations, conduct hazard identification, and wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots) on sitesโ€”safety is our top priority and non-negotiable. This is a safety-sensitive position.
Required Skills
