Job Title: Project Manager

Position Overview:  

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing installation projects from start to finish, ensuring that each project meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, highly organized, and comfortable taking initiative with minimal supervision. A passion for improving processes and delivering excellent customer service is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Accountability: Lead and manage the installation team to ensure successful project execution. Provide guidance, training, and support to staff.
  • Installation Support & Training: Ensure the installation team is properly trained and equipped to meet project requirements, providing support as needed throughout the process.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project updates, timelines, and any concerns, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed on company products and services to provide expert guidance and support to the installation team and customers.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure installations meet the highest standards.
  • Project Review: Oversee pre- and post-installation reviews with the installation team to ensure all jobs are executed according to plan and that any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Maintain effective communication with subcontractors to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Job File Audits: Perform post-installation job file audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Project Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule remodeling projects and service calls to optimize resources and meet deadlines.
  • Administrative Duties: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting; maintain and update project data in CRM.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Assist with various tasks as needed to support the project management team and ensure the smooth operation of projects.
