Job description

**Job Overview**
Responsible for supporting and coordinating daily operations across **multiple branch locations** to ensure efficiency, consistency, and excellent customer service. The role manages customer sales transactions, employee scheduling (including **PTO**), **inventory management**, vendor communications, mobile installation scheduling, and company vehicle maintenance monitoring.

Automotive experience is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate daily operations across branches.
* Process customer sales transactions accurately.
* Schedule **mobile installation services**.
* Manage inventory: receiving, tracking, and allocating products.
* Coordinate employee schedules and **PTO** to maintain staffing.
* Monitor performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
* Maintain records for company vehicles.
* Ensure seamless operations through effective communication with managers, vendors, technicians, and customers.
* Assist with administrative/reporting functions.
* Support compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
* Complete and transmit **weekly payroll**.
