Job Description:

As an Installation Technician at Naturals2Go Plus, you will work closely with the ROC Installation Manager to assist in the successful implementation of vending machines, micro markets, coffee service, security systems, and other related equipment at various ROC sites as required. You will play a key role in executing installation tasks, ensuring quality and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation of vending machines, micro markets, coffee service, and security systems at ROC locations across the ROC
  • Follow installation procedures and guidelines provided by the ROC Installation Manager to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Conduct equipment setup, electrical connections, and plumbing tasks as directed by the installation plan.
  • Collaborate with the ROC Installation Manager and other team members to coordinate installation activities and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure that installations meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Provide support and assistance to ROC staff during and after installations, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including equipment inventory, project timelines, and any modifications or adjustments made during the installation process.

Qualifications:
