Job Overview

  • Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.

The Opportunity

You will serve as a critical leader within our Project Management division, taking full ownership of commercial glass and glazing projects. Operating out of Carrollton, TX, you will orchestrate everything from preconstruction handoffs to final field execution, ensuring installations meet LB Contract Supply’s high standards of precision, profitability, and safety.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Manage the execution of commercial glazing projects, including storefronts, curtainwalls, and interior glass specialty systems.
  • Coordinate complex daily schedules, tracking project milestones, material deliveries, and labor allocations to maintain strict timelines.
  • Review architectural drawings, specifications, and submittals to prevent logistical errors or project delays.
  • Direct field operations and installation crews, reinforcing strict adherence to project plans and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, processing change orders, RFI’s, and progress billings to ensure project transparency.
  • Resolve real-time technical or site-specific issues quickly to mitigate risks and protect project margins.
  • Build and maintain exceptional relationships with General Contractors, architects, and field superintendents as the primary company representative.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience managing commercial glass and glazing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong proficiency in interpreting complex architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and glazing specifications.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills required to navigate fast-paced commercial construction environments.
  • Solid understanding of project costing, material procurement, and contract management.
  • Competency with construction management software, digital tools, and standard tech packages.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive field or management experience specifically focused on storefront, curtainwall, and heavy glass applications.
  • Established network or experience collaborating with General Contractors in the DFW metroplex.
