Position Description:
Provide day-to-day customer service operations, including assisting customers, answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments and route deliveries for bottled water and salt, maintaining and entering data in NetSuite, and supporting basic collections and bookkeeping tasks.
Job Qualifications:
  • Associate degree preferred with hands-on customer service experience.
  • Route scheduling experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic Microsoft Excel experience
  • Basic understanding of general service installation duties.
  • General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues and reducing account receivable delinquency.
  • Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process.
  • Position requires a great deal of energy and a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
