What You’ll Do:

As an experienced Plumbing Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the installation of residential plumbing equipment. You must be a self-starter who is able to work independently, maintain a positive work atmosphere, and effectively communicate with our customers.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining communication with dispatch, your manager, & parts and installation teams.
  • Keeping your company truck clean, and your truck inventory up to date.
  • Properly completing paperwork.
  • Joining the on-call rotation.
  • Maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
  • Having and maintaining a clean driving record.
  • Participating in training that allows you to grow and develop as a professional.
  • Having or being willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.



What You’ll Bring:

  • Minnesota Plumbing Journeyman’s License required (no exceptions).
  • Plumbing equipment installation experience in a residential setting.
  • Ability to work with internal staff to obtain all required permits and inspections for sold jobs.
  • Ability to collaborate with other Installation Technicians to complete jobs and troubleshoot installation issues.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to multitask to support a growing, family-oriented business.
  • Clean motor vehicle record.
