Logan Services is looking for an HVAC Lead Installer to serve our Northern Kentucky customers. This position will work out of our Cincinnati office and travel to residential job sites throughout the Northern Kentucky market.

You'll lead HVAC installation projects from start to finish while working alongside apprentices and installers, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The Big Task

As an HVAC Lead Installer, you'll take ownership of residential HVAC installation projects throughout Northern Kentucky, while leading and developing the team working alongside you.

You'll make sure each job is completed safely, correctly, efficiently, and with attention to detail while providing homeowners with a professional installation experience.

What You'll Do
  • Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects from start to finish.
  • Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment.
  • Lead and mentor apprentices and installation helpers, teaching proper installation techniques and safe work practices.
  • Troubleshoot installation challenges and determine effective solutions.
  • Ensure installations meet company quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable codes.
  • Coordinate tools, equipment, materials, and jobsite needs to keep projects moving.
  • Communicate with homeowners and explain the installation process, equipment operation, and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation, materials, and installation notes.
  • Work with dispatch, sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure a smooth installation process.
  • Take ownership of the overall quality and customer experience on each job.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced HVAC installer who is ready to lead from the field and help develop the next generation of installers.

You should have:

  • Strong residential HVAC installation experience.
  • Experience installing and replacing HVAC systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HVAC safety requirements and applicable codes.
  • The ability to lead, coach, and mentor less-experienced installers.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage a job from start to finish.
  • A commitment to quality workmanship and doing the job right the first time.

Leadership experience is preferred, but we're also interested in experienced installers who are ready to take the next step into a Lead Installer role.
