Job description

Trillium Construction is seeking Millwrights near Buffalo Lake, MN to work on conveyors, catwalks, and related material-handling equipment within the feed mill facility.

The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience working in agricultural, grain, feed mill, elevator, or other material-handling environments and be comfortable performing mechanical installation, maintenance, alignment, and repair work around conveyors and elevated equipment.

Key Responsibilities
•  Install, assemble, maintain, and repair industrial/agricultural conveyors and material-handling equipment
•  Work on conveyor components including belts, rollers, pulleys, bearings, shafts, guards, and related components
•  Assist with installation and modification of catwalks, platforms, supports, and access structures
•  Perform mechanical assembly, fitting, alignment, and adjustment of equipment
•  Read and interpret basic mechanical drawings, layouts, and measurements
•  Use hand tools, power tools, torches, and other standard millwright tools
•  Perform cutting, drilling, grinding, fitting, and mechanical fabrication as required
•  Align shafts, bearings, pulleys, sprockets, and other rotating equipment
•  Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify worn or damaged components

Pay: Up to $30-32
Per Diem: $115 / day for all 7 days
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 50h / week

Qualifications
- Agricultural millwright background with 2+ years of hands on mechanical experience (preferably in feed mills, grain elevators, ethanol plants, grain handling facilities, livestock/feed operations, or similar industrial environments)
- Direct experience installing or maintaining conveyors and other bulk-material handling equipment
- Comfortable working at heights on catwalks and platforms
- Able to independently handle mechanical fitting, alignment, troubleshooting, and installation tasks
