An Installation Design Internship is a temporary position, typically for students or recent graduates, that provides hands-on experience in designing and planning installations for exhibitions, events, or architectural projects. Interns work closely with experienced designers and project managers, learning how to conceptualize, prototype, and execute installation projects. The role may involve tasks such as creating sketches and 3D models, sourcing materials, assisting with on-site assembly, and collaborating with artists or clients. This internship helps individuals develop practical skills and build a portfolio for a career in installation or exhibition design.
