WHAT WE REQUIRE:

Mandatory:

  • A humble spirit, a hungry drive, and people-smart positive attitude
  • A minimum of 5-7+ years experience in the construction industry
  • Previous experience effectively managing a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service focused
  • Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Capability to lift 80lbs or more and unrestricted lifting ability
  • Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces

Preferred:

  • Prior residential construction experience a plus
  • Willingness to work overtime, if required

Pluses:

  • Experience pulling a goose-neck trailer
  • Experience operating forklift, skid-steer, and/or mini-excavator
