ABOUT THE ROLE

Suncoast Enclosures is seeking an Installation Assistant / Builder Helper to support the installation of premium outdoor living solutions throughout the Boise area. You'll work alongside experienced Builders installing patio covers, screen rooms, retractable screens, pergolas, and adjustable louvered roof systems for residential and commercial customers.

This is a full-time, hands-on opportunity with paid training and a clear path for growth within the company. If you enjoy working outdoors, learning new skills, and seeing projects come together from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.

No direct installation experience is required. We provide training for motivated individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist Builders with the installation of patio covers, screen rooms, pergolas, retractable screens, and louvered roof systems

• Load, unload, organize, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for each project

• Measure, cut, and prepare materials under the guidance of experienced team members

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout the installation process

• Follow company safety procedures and support project completion goals

• Help maintain company tools, equipment, and work vehicles

• Support warehouse operations and occasional trade show or event setup as needed

• Travel locally to customer job sites throughout the Boise area

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is dependable, physically capable, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will:

• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Be willing to learn new skills and follow direction from experienced team members

• Have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team

• Be comfortable using basic hand and power tools

• Be comfortable working on ladders and around construction equipment

• Take pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail

• Have previous experience in construction, landscaping, warehousing, manufacturing, mechanical work, or other hands-on environments (preferred but not required)
