Irrigation Installer

Cornerstone Solutions Group is seeking experienced and motivated Irrigation Install Laborers to join our growing team. We operate throughout the Tampa Bay region, providing high-quality irrigation services to residential and commercial properties.

About the Role:

As an Irrigation Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems for a variety of clients. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, andmaintainresidential and commercial irrigation systems.
  • Dig trenches, lay pipes, and install sprinkler heads.
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and winterization of irrigation systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assistwith other landscaping tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:Some irrigation installation experience preferred. Experience with 2-wire systems isrequired.
  • Physical Requirements:Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (includingFloridaheat and humidity). Must be able to kneel, stand, dig, walk, and carry at least 50 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Driver's License:Ability to drive and maneuver trucks/trailers is essential.
  • Skills:
  • Strong physical stamina and endurance.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and schematics.
  • Knowledge of irrigation components and systems.
  • Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.
