Job Summary
Plumbing, Cooling & Electrical Nerds is looking to hire HVAC Install Technicians to join our team in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be familiar with standard HVAC installation procedures, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The right individual can look forward to a positive work environment with increased opportunities for advancement within our company.
Responsibilities
  • Install and perform general maintenance on customers' HVAC equipment
  • Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes
  • Represent the company as a professional and industry leader
  • Provide 5-star customer service
  • Track and stay accountable to performance metrics, with a willingness to try new approaches to improve
  • Work in various weather conditions and through extreme temperatures
  • Maintain an organized, clean vehicle and work site

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
  • Considerable physical activity, including walking and standing for lengthy periods of time

  • Roughly equal time spent indoors and outdoors, with exposure to hot or cold temperatures for one or more hours at a time
