Successful HVAC company in Conroe, TX is actively seeking an HVAC CSR/Install Coordinator to join our growing, highly congenial workplace.

As an HVAC CSR/Install Coordinator, you are an essential part of the sales and installation team! Your key role’s primary functions are to coordinate the day-to-day installation scheduling of HVAC equipment. Act as a liaison between the Project Manager, customers, and the install crews, exemplifying our core values by showing respect, integrity, and service.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate installation schedules with installation crews and customers.
  • Know the daily whereabouts and progress of the installation crews.
  • Keep customers up to date on job status and install progression.
  • Maintains the scheduling board with all sold jobs, communicates scheduling issues with other departments.
  • Material procurement: assure all equipment is ordered and ready for each job, adhering to checklists, material lists, and quotes.
  • Facilitate all job site deliveries.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse Associates to ensure necessary materials and equipment are loaded into the job trailer.
  • Order copies of blueprints and request load calculations as needed.
  • Make sure all jobs have permits and the inspections are called in timely.
  • Verifies warranty information, processes warranty claims, and facilitates the return of warranty equipment.
  • Prepare overage stock returns to vendors, write POs, and have the material set out for the Warehouse Associate.
  • Ensure estimates and invoices have been sent to customers.
  • Understand payment and funding options to communicate with the customers.
  • Return customer calls promptly, resolving customer needs in a fast/efficient manner.
  • Support CSR/Dispatch Coordinator duties.
  • Performs other duties as requested by management, which may include cross-training in related positions.

Work Experience: 1-3 years

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

Pay: $38,000 - $45,750
