Position Summary

The Install Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless installation experience for customers by managing scheduling, coordinating branch resources, and owning the install process from start to finish. This position also supports service operations by assisting with repair coordination, callbacks, and light dispatching responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process, including scheduling and follow-up communication
  • Coordinate all aspects of installation jobs with internal teams and branch locations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Own and manage install jobs from initial scheduling through completion and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and manage HR/job workflows for assigned branches to ensure timely progress and documentation
  • Update internal tracking tools, including Monday boards, pre- and post-installation
  • Collect payment for completed installation jobs when technicians are unable to do so onsite
  • Support service operations by assisting with repair scheduling, callbacks, and ongoing customer needs
  • Perform light dispatching duties as needed, ensuring proper technician assignment and route optimization
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, dispatching, or customer service (home services industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
