About Us
At ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington, we specialize in restoring homes and properties with skill, craftsmanship, and care. Our company is based on helping customers during natural disasters and unfortunate events. We’re looking for an experienced Flooring Installer/Carpenter to join our restoration team and help bring damaged spaces back to life.
The ideal candidate is a skilled flooring installer/carpenter with strong experience in laying carpet, LVT, hardwood, and vinyl sheet goods. Experience in drywall, trim, and painting is a plus. You’ll play a key role in completing restoration and remodeling projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Additional skills in other trades are a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Installing floor coverings primarily
  • Install and repair drywall, trim, baseboards, and other interior finishes
  • Conduct painting and touch-up work to ensure a clean, finished appearance
  • Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Work closely with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
  • Proven carpentry experience — must be skilled floor coverings installation
  • Must supply your own tools
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
