Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
As an Installer, you contribute to the success of De-El by being the final touch and lasting impression that will last our customers a lifetime.  

As a member of the De-El team the Installer will be responsible for:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Installation of window coverings, mirrors, shower doors & closet organization systems.
  • Organizes workflow and uses install coordinator to keep track of vital deadlines.
  • Manger jobsite communication.
  • Help with Delivery and moving of material in and out of the work space.
  • Upholds safety standards and decisions on-site.
  • Help check for accuracy and quality of installed product.

Requisite Qualifications and Skills:
  • High School Graduate Required.
  • Knowledge of hand tools and ability to read a measuring tape.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player, highly motivated, adaptability, and organization.
  • Stress tolerance, problem analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Clean driving record (Abstract will be requested).
  • Detail oriented.
  • Customer-driven.
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
