The Role:

Fire & Ice is looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Install Manager to lead and oversee our installation teams. This role is responsible for ensuring that all HVAC system installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise:Possess a deep understanding of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and operation. Stay current with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

  • Project Management:Oversee the full installation process-from initial site assessments to final inspections. Develop project schedules, coordinate with suppliers and contractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Team Leadership:Supervise, train, and mentor installation teams. Ensure technicians are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and guidance to complete installations safely and efficiently.

  • Quality Assurance:Uphold Fire & Ice's commitment to excellence by ensuring every installation meets both company standards and customer expectations. Conduct inspections and verify the quality of work.

  • Customer Interaction:Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the installation process. Communicate clearly, address concerns, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.

  • Safety & Compliance:Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing adherence to company policies, OSHA regulations, and local codes. Ensure all projects are compliant with applicable safety and quality standards.
