Intall Technician Position
Join our dynamic team as a Install Technician and be a key player in delivering top-quality installation and construction services across multiple locations. This is a hands-on, travel-based role ideal for candidates with a background in equipment installation, low voltage installation, flooring (polished concrete or epoxy), or drywall work. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on diverse projects, we want to hear from you!
This is a heavy travel-based position, requiring frequent travel to project sites.
Reports To: Install Director
+ Essential Job Functions
  • Install and service equipment as assigned, ensuring all work meets company and client standards.
  • Perform low voltage installations, including wiring and system setup, as needed.
  • Handle flooring projects such as polished concrete or epoxy applications.
  • Complete drywall installation, repair, and finishing tasks.
  • Travel to various project sites as required (all travel expenses, lodging, and meals covered).
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other technicians to deliver quality results.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation or construction challenges on-site.
  • Report directly to the Install Director and provide regular project updates.
  • Work overtime hours as needed, with additional compensation in accordance with applicable laws.

Requirements:
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in at least one of the following: equipment installation, low voltage installation, flooring (polished concrete or epoxy), or drywall work.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently for work assignments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in varying conditions, including heat, cold, and noise.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
