What You'll Do
  • Pull and route CAT5, CAT6, and fiber optic cabling
  • Organize, dress, label, and prepare cable for termination
  • Install cable pathways including J-hooks, cable tray, D-rings, and trapeze systems
  • Build and install telecommunications closets, racks, patch panels, and related hardware
  • Install grounding for racks, equipment, and cabling systems
  • Perform fire-stopping procedures and install sleeves as required
  • Terminate low-voltage devices and cabling systems
  • Assist with testing and troubleshooting cabling installations
  • Complete project documentation accurately and on time
  • Follow all safety, quality, and installation standards
  • Support additional project tasks as assigned
What You Bring
  • Experience with structured cabling installations
  • Experience pulling CAT5, CAT6, and/or fiber optic cabling
  • Experience terminating copper and/or fiber cabling
  • Experience working in commercial construction environments
