We are looking for a Install Helper to join our HVAC team! In this role, you will be a helper to install heating and air conditioning systems in residential or commercial establishments.
Past Experience in HVAC or Construction a Plus, however not a requirement - We are willing to train the right one for employee development and internal growth. A team player, and you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must! Willing to step up, take initiative is a must! 
Responsibilities: 
  • Install heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning ducts, and vents. 
  • Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
  • Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment
  • Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring

Qualifications: 
  • Valid Drivers License
  • EPA Certification
  • Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift over 40 pounds
  • Use Basic Hand Tools - Drills, Drill Drivers, Saws, Grinders, Tape Measure, ETC.
