Job description

Small endodontics office is looking for a fully bilingual assistant that could also help in secretarial tasks.
What you will be doing?
  • Assist the doctor chair side (helping the main assistant or assisting the doctor directly); setting up rooms, doing sterilization, taking X-rays/CBCTs, communicating with vendors, providers, etc.
  • Assist in presenting treatment plans chairside during consultations (collect copayments, making appointments, etc.)
  • Assist in documentation
  • Assist in answering the phone when the front desk is on lunch or busy (training provided)
What are we looking for?
  • Bilingual communication (verbal and written in English and Spanish)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words, etc. (desirable)
  • Previous dental office experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with HIPPA, OSHA, infection control regulations
  • Have basic mathematical skills
  • A team player with good references
