What are some common challenges an Inspector Packer might face during their shift?

Inspector Packers often encounter challenges such as maintaining focus and attention to detail during repetitive tasks, especially when inspecting products for defects. Working on tight production deadlines can add pressure, requiring efficient time management and quick decision-making. Adaptability and strong communication skills can help overcome these challenges and contribute to a smooth workflow.
