Branch Safety Inspector
(Commercial/Industrial Roofing)
CentiMark Corporation, the nation's leader in commercial and industrial roofing, has an immediate full-time opening for a Branch Safety Inspector in Jessup, MD. $25- 28/hr based on experience!
Job Qualifications:
  • Overnight travel may be required
  • Responsible for all Safety Department Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up fall protection, pre-job inspections and job planning meetings
  • Perform daily safety inspections on all crews (including Service) to check compliance
  • Complete daily JHAs and Pre Task Huddles
  • Inspect all Equipment and Machinery on assigned New Construction Sites
  • Review inspections with crews and cover safety awareness messages
  • Report inspection results weekly to the Operations Manager
    • Concerns such as fall protection violations or other serious violations must be reported immediately
  • Assist in conducting Monthly & Quarterly training meetings
Job Requirements
  • Must have a good working knowledge of roofing procedures and safety
  • Knowledge and understanding of OSHA Regulations
  • Excellent communication/ writing skills
  • Analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving solving and organizational / time management skills
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • 5 years of roofing/ construction experience preferred
  • Valid state driver's license in good standing required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required
