Licensed North Carolina Home Inspector

Focused Property Inspections (FPI) is growing across North Carolina, and we are hiring a licensed NC Home Inspector to take on inspections in one of our fastest-growing markets. If you hold an active North Carolina Home Inspector license and want steady volume, strong office support, and a team that takes the craft seriously, we want to talk with you.

What You'll Do
  • Perform residential home inspections to the NC Home Inspector Licensure Board Standards of Practice
  • Deliver clear, accurate, professionally written reports on the day of inspection
  • Walk buyers, sellers, and agents through findings with confidence and tact
  • Represent FPI in the field with agents, lenders, and homeowners
  • Contribute to a team that values thoroughness, integrity, and client service

Requirements
  • Active North Carolina Home Inspector license (required)
  • Working knowledge of residential structure and systems — roofing, foundation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working independently and outdoors
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
