The following is a general description of the primary responsibilities for this position and is not intended to be a comprehensive list of all duties performed.

  • Schedule inspection appointments with customers, ensuring mutually convenient dates and times.
  • Review work acknowledgments and test reports for accuracy, completeness, and quality control compliance.
  • Manage, process, and maintain inspection reports and related documentation.
  • Assist with accounts receivable (AR) resolution processes related to inspection services, as needed.
  • Process annual renewals of inspection agreements and contracts.
  • Enter and maintain new inspection and monitoring agreements within the service management system.
  • Manage and monitor third-party reporting platforms and ensure timely updates and compliance.
  • Attend Inspection Work-in-Progress (WIP) meetings, provide status updates, and document meeting minutes.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
