Job Overview

Insight Public Sector is seeking a Field Architect Sr. to support State, Local Government, and Education (SLED) customers across Arizona. In this customer-facing role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping public sector organizations modernize infrastructure, strengthen cybersecurity, adopt cloud technologies, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.

Working alongside Client Executives and solution specialists, you will design and position technology solutions that align with customer objectives while driving meaningful outcomes for Florida agencies, municipalities, K-12 districts, and higher education institutions.

  • Serve as the technical advisor for SLED customers throughout Florida
  • Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities.Lead customer workshops, technical presentations, and solution discussions.
  • Design infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and data center solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, services, and OEM partners to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Support solution development, proposals, and technical strategy.

What we’re looking for
  • Experience supporting State, Local Government, and/or Education (SLED) customers.
  • Strong understanding of public sector technology environments and procurement processes.
  • Experience architecting infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and data center solutions.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, consulting, and customer relationship skills.
  • Must reside in Florida and be willing to travel throughout the state as needed.
