• Perform detailed mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments for clients.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs, goals, and cultural contexts.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) during one-on-one sessions, as well as in couple, family, and group settings.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure a seamless continuum of care for clients in acute distress.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Deliver psychoeducation sessions to clients and their families, equipping them with crucial knowledge and skills essential to managing mental health conditions effectively.
• Engage in regular outcome assessments to measure the effectiveness of treatment interventions and adjust plans as necessary to optimize client outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging research and best practices in mental health, actively incorporating this information into clinical practice to enhance service delivery.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and ensure confidentiality of patient information is maintained at all times.

In this role, you will be working primarily with clients who have experienced trauma and varying degrees of mental health challenges. Our diverse patient population encompasses individuals from various cultural backgrounds, each presenting unique needs and stories. Your ability to connect empathetically and understand their experiences will be crucial in guiding their healing journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience in clinical settings that focus on trauma-informed care, mental health counseling, and crisis intervention.
