We are looking for a strategic, curious, and data-driven Consumer Insights Lead to help shape business decisions by turning consumer behavior into actionable insights. In this role, you will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Innovation, and Leadership to identify opportunities, influence strategy, and champion the voice of the consumer across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead qualitative and quantitative consumer research projects from design through execution.
  • Analyze consumer, market, and competitive trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support innovation, product development, brand strategy, and commercial initiatives.
  • Develop presentations and executive-ready reports that influence strategic decisions.
  • Manage external research vendors and research budgets as needed.
  • Champion a consumer-first mindset throughout the organization.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Market Research, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or customer analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Experience with survey platforms, syndicated data, and consumer research methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

The anticipated starting salary for this position is $95,000. Final compensation may be higher and will be commensurate with the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, and overall value they bring to the organization.
