We are seeking a Consumer Insights Manager to lead high-impact research that informs strategy across our brands and initiatives. This role will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape business direction and influence senior decision-makers across the organization.
 
This is an opportunity for an experienced researcher who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, ideal for someone who is intellectually curious and motivated to apply consumer insights to meaningful, mission-driven work.
 
A successful candidate will demonstrate diverse primary research experience (qualitative and quantitative) and strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage research results and data to identify game-changing insights that guide strategic decisions. This role collaborates cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders, serving as a key consumer insights leader and expert partner in developing business strategy.
How You Will Contribute
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders, helping define the right questions and translating business challenges into clear research objectives to create well-designed research plans
  • Lead end-to-end primary research (qualitative and quantitative), from study design through analysis and synthesis, interpreting data to generate clear, actionable insights
  • Connect research findings to strategic implications for our brands, guiding campaign messaging, audience engagement and initiatives
  • Develop compelling presentations and summaries tailored to a range of audiences
  • Establish and elevate research best practices, ensuring rigor, clarity, and business impact
  • Manage external research partners to deliver high-quality, actionable outcomes
  • Contribute to building a strong, consumer-informed culture across the organization
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in consumer research, market research, or insights roles
  • Deep experience leading both qualitative and quantitative research initiatives
  • Strong analytical capability and fluency in tools such as Qualtrics, Tableau, R, SPSS, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to connect research findings to business strategy
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
  • Experience managing multiple research initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity about human behavior and a desire to apply insights in a mission-driven environmen
