What does a Senior Shopper Marketing Specialist do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Acts as Sr. Specialist in respect to Shopper Insights initiatives. Uses relevant shopper and consumer data, insights and trends to generate revenue growing initiatives for customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report on business opportunities within channels and specific customers
  • Develop and recommend customer-specific shopper marketing campaigns to drive incremental revenue
  • Customer insights SME for SCC. Contribute insights to define selling strategy within all channels of business to better connect with all shoppers at retail
  • Gather and organize information using industry sources (publications, trade sites, etc.) and proprietary tracking studies to be used for marketing campaigns
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in business, marketing required
  • 4+ years’ experience in business analytics in consumer goods industry preferred
  • 4+ years’ market research of consumer demographics or category preferred
  • Conduct program performance (pre, during, post) within customer specific shopper marketing campaigns
  • Statistics, shopper segmentation, gap analysis
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word applications
  • Identify opportunities and gaps based on business fundamentals and application of qualitative and quantitative data
