Associate Inside Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-time | No Travel

Pay: $25 to $32 per hour DOE

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ON SITE

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Sales & Solutions: Consult with customers to understand their technical needs, provide product quotations, and guide them through a smooth sales process.
  • Order Management: Process pricing, quotations, rush orders (within 24 hours), and order tracking accurately and efficiently.
  • Relationship Building: Work closely with customers, outside sales teams, and sales engineers to deliver exceptional service and maximize account growth.
  • Product Expertise: Leverage our inventory catalog and product selection software (Xylem ESP Rep) to recommend top-quality hydronics solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven background in sales, customer service, or account support.
  • Strong phone presence, persuasive skills, and solid negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of Hydronics equipment or industrial product lines is a major plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred).
