Now Hiring: Inside Sales

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional to sell Structured Cabling, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarm solutions. This role focuses on consultative selling, customer relationships, and revenue growth. You will work with existing clients and new prospects, supported by experienced technical teams and proven solutions.

Starting pay: $27-$30 per hour, plus commission for the right qualifications.

Job Description

• Sell low-voltage system solutions including Structured Cabling, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarm
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate system solutions
• Manage inbound leads and proactively follow up with existing clients
• Prepare quotes and proposals
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales documentation

Position Requirements

• Inside sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Familiarity with Structured Cabling, CCTV, Access Control, or Fire Alarm systems (or strong aptitude to learn)
