We are looking a high-energy Inside Sales Specialist who has the "gift of gab" to handle warm service calls in an inbound/outbound call center. This is a very professional and fun environment with strong training and excellent growth opportunity. The Inside Sales Specialist position offers the ability to grow in the Service Center operations as well as into the corporate departments including Marketing, Accounting, Graphics, and Office/Admin roles in a variety of departments.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Able to effectively make large volume of cold calls (typically 60 - 80) to meet revenue requirements
  • Drive revenue creating a Book of Business for Accounts developed while prospecting.
  • Knowledgeable of entire Sales Lifecycle and demonstrate effective closing techniques
  • Meet / Exceed assigned quota
  • Work in a collaborative manner with Account Managers in field to develop trust and spirit of cooperation
  • Effectively manage time to properly support existing customer base while prospecting for new business
  • Document all Activities in CRM in accordance with company policies and direction
  • Maintains a working knowledge of all Products and Services, both within and outside of assigned territory
  • Team oriented, willing to assist colleagues with training, sharing knowledge and general assistance
  • Special projects as assigned by the department manager.

Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Inside Sales role will answer inbound telephone inquiries for sales. This role will also call customers for follow up on quotes, etc. This position must be able to close sales and be able to value add sell and up-sell our client's products.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required, minimum 2 years of college preferred, and 3 years experience in inside sales capacity handling customer relationships and prospecting leads and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional requirements include: basic phone selling/negotiation skills; excellent oral communication & listening skills; strong understanding of the Company's equipment, products & services; excellent planning, organizational, analytical and decision making skills; strong PC proficiency (data entry, Microsoft Office Suite, Navision, CRM, etc.);
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints from customers or regulatory agencies.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
  • Ability to calculate financial data including discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of detailed instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Valid Drivers License and proof of current automobile insurance. (if required to travel off-site)
