Job description

Summary: Responsible for cooking and serving all meats including Brisket and Ribeyes, restocking food on the serving pits, cutting meat orders for guests, and using a scale to weigh all meats cut for customers by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Cut orders for guests
  • Restock food on serving pit from warmers or pits.
  • Ensures that food holds its temperature.
  • Cooks Ribeyes to order following Hard Eight procedures
  • Adds coals when needed.
  • Cleans floors of outside meat walk-in
  • Maintains clean work areas.
  • Maintains levels of buttered corn.
  • Maintains levels of baked potatoes.
  • Interacts with guests going through the line.
  • Weighs out food for customers.
  • Takes out trash and recyclable items.
  • Loads wood box during/after shift, at close for next day.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Specific Pit Crew Positions:

Cutter, Wingman, Scale, Brisket/Ribeye, Cook, Runner

Qualifications:
