Job Description
This position is responsible for shipping orders to the customer in a proper and timely manner, following all
the rules and SOPs of the company, and implementing any special or related work assigned by the supervisor.
Responsibilities:
1. Shipping orders
Fully grasp the necessary shipping documents for each product and related documentation workflow
Fully grasp company shipping policies and shipment cycle
Compliance with standard delivery temperature
Follow SOPs for packaged
Reaching the daily goal of shipment
2. Follow up the shipment and send supervisor shipping report every day
3. Respond to emails or communicate with Sales and Technical Support Team for special cases that need
to be handled in a timely manner
4. Accept temporary work assigned by supervisor
5. Actively participate in team work with a "can-do" attitude
Qualifications
1. Self-motivated, team player with good inter-personal communication skill
2. Excellent speaking and writing skills in both Chinese and English
3. Attention to detail, good time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
4. Ability to manage work independently while working effectively in a team
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
