Overview

Legacy Health is recruiting outpatient physicians for our primary care clinics located in Portland, Oregon. Providers in these clinics include physicians and advanced practitioners, all of whom have been a part of Legacy for several years. Our primary care providers are supported by designated MA's and care teams that can include panel coordinators, social workers, RN case managers, behavioral health clinicians, pharmacy techs and pharmacists.

The Legacy Medical Group clinics located in this region are Internal Medicine.  Family Medicine physicians welcome to apply if interested in seeing age 18+.

  • $274k to $305k annually with two-year salary guarantee (1.00 FTE)

Responsibilities
  • As a physician, you are responsible for the patient throughout treatment.
  • Reviewing clinical history, providing the physical examination, diagnosing and treating both chronic and episodic disorders.
  • Work in collaboration with the team.
  • Maintain own panel of patients and share call coverage for the clinic.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO
  • Graduate of a four-year medical school or equivalent and completed internal or family medicine residency.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine.
Licensure
  • Current Oregon state medical license and DEA certificate.
  • Unrestricted Oregon medical license.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
